In a stoneware pot you put sour milk with some fresh grapes and let the contents ferment. From time to time you have to skim off the top fermentation layer. Then you can pour sour or sweet milk again and again, stirring. Refrigerate.

Mix the milk with the flour and add it to the boiling salted water. Stir continuously and let it boil again.

Serve with boiled potatoes and cream.
