Instructions:

For the apple roses, wash the apples, halve, core and cut into very thin slices.

Roll out the puff pastry slightly larger on a lightly floured work surface and cut it widthwise into 6 equal strips.

Spread each strip with jam and overlap the apple slices on the top edge of each and sprinkle with cinnamon. Then fold the bottom half of each puff pastry strip up and roll the strips loosely, lengthwise.

Bake in muffin pan in preheated oven according to package directions, then remove from pan and let cool.

Sprinkle the apple roses with powdered sugar as desired and serve.
