Instructions:

For the apple marzipan muffins, wash, peel, core and chop the apple. Sift flour with baking powder.

Mix with almonds and apple pieces. Beat eggs, mix with sugar, vanilla sugar, butter, milk and salt.

Crumble marzipan and stir in, fold in flour mixture. Fill 2/3 of the dough into the greased muffin tins and bake at 180 degrees convection oven for approx. 20 minutes.
