Instructions:

For the potato casserole, cook the potatoes in steam, peel them. Boil the eggs and peel them as well. Cut the potatoes, eggs and tomatoes into slices and layer everything alternately in a greased casserole dish.

Mix sour cream with salt and pepper and pour over the casserole. Sprinkle with grated cheese and cover with butter flakes.

Bake in the preheated oven at 175° for about 45 minutes.
