For the millet balls in tomato sauce, boil the millet with salt in 3 times the amount of water for about 7 minutes and then let it finish cooking for 10 minutes.
For the tomato sauce, sauté the onion. Cut the tomatoes and peppers into pieces and saute them with the herbs and tomato paste in a sip of water.
Allow the sauce to cool and then carefully and briefly puree it so that the tomato and bell pepper pieces remain. Form small balls from the millet and place them in the sauce.
