For the pancakes, mix flour, milk, eggs and salt to a dough. If the dough is too thick or too liquid, add a little more milk or flour.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry thin pancakes in it. Drain them on a paper towel, spread 1-3 tsp of jam on them while they are still warm and roll them up.
Sprinkle the pancakes with powdered sugar and serve.
