For the semolina porridge, bring the milk to the boil and slowly pour in the semolina while stirring. Bring everything to the boil for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Allow the semolina to cool slightly.
In the meantime, wash or peel the fruit and remove the core if necessary (depending on the type of fruit). Finely puree the fruit. Now stir the honey into the slightly cooled porridge.
Divide the semolina porridge between 2 plates and put fruit puree in the middle of each plate. Immediately pull the puree to the edge of the plate in a ray shape with a chopstick.
