For the feta cheese meatballs, prepare a smooth mixture of minced meat, bread flour, chopped onions and the eggs. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.

Form small balls from the dough. Cut the feta cheese into small cubes and press 1 cube into each meatball. Close the meatballs well with wet hands and flatten them a bit.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the stuffed meatballs until crispy all over.
