Instructions:

Clean fish fillets, sprinkle with juice of one lemon, season with salt and pepper.

Cut onions into cubes, mushrooms into slices. Sprinkle mushrooms with juice of one lemon.

Put the fish in a greased gratin dish, spread the onions and mushrooms on top. Put the closed dish into the preheated oven.

E: middle. T: 200 degrees / 15 to 20 min.

Mix egg yolks with whipped cream, nutmeg and cheese. Whip egg whites until stiff and fold in loosely. Spread the mixture on the fish.

Place butter flakes on top and bake the fish until golden brown.

Serving: Long grain rice, oak leaf lettuce.
