A delicious recipe for the asparagus season:
Put asparagus tips in a saucepan with the water. Heat at low temperature for 5 to 10 min. Take out the asparagus tips. Drain and keep warm.
For the sauce, heat butter in a saucepan. Sprinkle in flour.
Stir and sweat for 2 minutes. While continuing to stir, add a quarter l asparagus broth. Cook for 5 minutes. Season with juice of one lemon, salt and white wine.
Arrange asparagus tips on a heated platter. Cover with sauce. Roll up salmon slices. Place around asparagus spears.
Rinse and dry dill and garnish finished platter with it.
