A simple but delicious cake recipe:

Prepare a smooth dough from the ingredients as usual and let it swell for 1/2 hour. Pour the dough very thinly into a frying pan with the melted fat. When the dough dries a little towards the bottom of the pan, place the pitted fruit on it, pour a little more dough over it and bake the pancake until it is dark yellow on both sides. Turn the cake only when it is just as dry on top. Sprinkle the finished cakes with sugar.
