For Berliner stew, slice the whites of the leeks. Sauté briefly in hot fat. Then add the peeled potatoes cut into small cubes.

Pour in beef broth, add salt and pepper and cook covered for about 35 minutes. In the last 10 minutes also add the bock sausages to heat.

Just let it simmer and not boil anymore. Refine Berliner stew with cream and serve sprinkled with chopped parsley.
