For chocolate fruit melt the chocolate in a water bath (do not let it get too hot). Let cool slightly before bathing. Wash apples and cut into slices as large as possible, about 1 cm thick.

Slices should be continuous (no hole from the casing in them) Fit cookie cutter, and cut out. From the banana can be cut out quite well small hearts.

It also works with any other fruit in which a cookie cutter turns out. The cut out Öbstlinge on a wooden skewer gently and dip into the melted chocolate.

If the chocolate coating is too hard, simply add a little butter or Ceres to the chocolate to make it a little more break-resistant.

Dip, let it drip off while turning a little, then stick it in a suitable option. This can be bread, half a melon, half an apple, styrofoam block, etc….

Then put in the fridge and wait until the chocolate solidifies (at least an hour!). Then you can take the skewers out of the holder.

The chocolate fruits can now be packaged quite well, since the chocolate is hard. Now you can paint a face on the shapes. Simply take a small piece of white chocolate, heat a pointed knife a little, pull out a little of the white chocolate and paint on eyes.

It also works with nut chips or whatever else you can find in the kitchen. In the place for the eyes simply a hot, pointed knife or needle
