Try this delicious cake recipe:
Cream butter and sugar until thick. Gradually add eggs and salt. Mix in lemon zest and juice. Mix flour, oatmeal and baking powder, add by tablespoon to the dough form. Grease a baking tray and spread the dough evenly on it. Remove the skin from the apples, cut them into quarters and remove the core, put them in a large enough bowl with lemon water form. Cut each apple piece on the round side with a fork and place on the dough. Spread rum raisins, citro-bake and almond slivers evenly over the top. Bake at 200 °C , medium rack, for about 10 min. Divide eggs, beat egg yolks and sugar until creamy, add sour cream. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Spread the cream evenly over the apple cake and bake again at 200 °C, medium shelf, for 20 to 25 minutes.
