Instructions:

Peel onion, finely dice and fry.

Chop the parsley. Whisk milk, eggs and salt. Mix dumpling bread with onion, parsley and egg milk well and let it brown for 15 minutes.

Cut smoked meat into small cubes and add. Mix in flour as needed. Form dumplings and place in boiling salted water.

Cook the Tyrolean dumplings until they are ready.
