Peel raw potato and cut into cubes. Fry in hot vegetable and sunflower oil.
In the meantime, peel and finely grate the large onion. Mix the onion well with eggs, cayenne pepper, salt and the whipped cream that has not been whipped. Pour over the sautéed potatoes and allow to set a little.
Preheat the oven to 180 °C top/bottom heat.
Cover the mixture with sliced salami. Then sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese on top and cover completely. Finally, sprinkle the parsley evenly over the top. Bake in the oven for a good 50-60 minutes.
