For the bolognese casserole, cook the pasta in enough salted water until al dente. Finely grate the carrots, celery and zucchini. Finely chop the onion and garlic. Heat a little oil in a large frying pan.
Sauté the onion in it and then add the minced meat and brown it. Now add the grated vegetables and garlic and sauté briefly and then add the tomatoes.
Season with the spices and cook for about half an hour. Mix the pasta with about 3/4 of the sauce and top or sprinkle with cheese and put in the oven at 180 degrees until the cheese is melted.
Serve with 1-2 spoonfuls of the sauce.
