Instructions:

For the nut cookies, knead flour, sugar, margarine and nuts into a shortcrust dough and let rest in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, wrapped in foil.

Separate the dough into several small pieces. Form rolls and separate them with a knife. Form them into balls with your hands.

Line the baking tray with baking paper and place the balls on it, flattening them slightly with the flat of your hand.

Bake for approx. 12 minutes at 180°C in a preheated oven. After baking, when cooled, decorate the nut cookies with a sugar glaze or chocolate.
