Cut the meat into cubes. Remove the skin from the onion and cut into rings. Clean, rinse and dice the carrot and potato. Carve the savoy cabbage into leaves, remove the stem and thick ribs.

Rinse the savoy cabbage leaves and cut into narrow strips.

Put oil and meat cubes in a glass baking dish and fry at 850 watts for 4-5 min. Turn to the other side in between. Add the chopped vegetables. Sprinkle spices on top. Add bay spice and pour over clear soup. Cover and bring to a boil at 850 watts in 8 min. Stir through and finish simmering at 440 watts in 10-12 min. Let stand for a few more minutes. Remove the bay spice and bring the stew to the table sprinkled with chopped parsley.

Notes (*1) : Cooking time approx. 22-25 min.
