Instructions:

Mix flour, salt, 100g paprika powder, cheese, caraway seeds, yeast and sugar in a baking bowl. Chop the onion, sauté in a little light butter and add, then add the water and knead everything together to form a yeast dough.Leave to rise for 60 min.

Soak the Roman pot (inside dimensions 26 x 17 x 9 cm) for 15 min, dry it out and grease it. Put the dough in and moisten with water, sprinkle with 50 g of cheese.

Bake at 180-200 °C for 50 min.
