For the berry marble cakes, first coat the jars with oil. Water the seals. Sift flour, starch and baking powder. Melt half of the chocolate, chop the other half.
Then cream butter with sugar and powdered sugar until thick and stir in eggs one at a time. Then stir in the flour mixture.
Divide the dough in half and stir into one half first the chocolate and then very carefully fold in the berries. Divide the masses alternately into the prepared glasses!
Draw a marble pattern with a wooden stick and tap well. Important: fill only well half full, otherwise the lid can not be closed. Bake at 175 degrees for about 30 minutes.
Test with chopsticks! When the cakes are ready, take them out of the oven and immediately close them hot with the lids on which the moist seals are placed and clamps.
