For the 3-grain sourdough bread, first prepare the sourdough. Mix the ingredients for the sourdough in a baking bowl and place covered in a warm place for 12 to 24 hours.
Then take away 2 tbsp of sourdough mixture and save it for the next sourdough.
Add the remaining sourdough to the bread maker. Add the other ingredients to the baking machine except for the 3-grain mixture. Later set menu item Grain Bread and start.
After 20 minutes, at the beep, add the 3-grain mixture and continue kneading for half an hour. Then stop the machine with the help of the stop button and restart it.
