For the egg spaetzle with raw beef sausage, first prepare the dough. To do this, briefly mix the melted butter with 2 eggs, flour, milk and salt to form a dough. In the meantime, put a pot of water on to boil.
When the water boils, add salt and then put spaetzle through a spaetzle strainer into the water. Cook the spaetzle for about 5 minutes and strain. In the meantime, dice the raw beef sausage.
Melt some butter in a pan, add the spaetzle, add the pieces of raw sausage and pour over the beaten eggs.
At the end, mix in the chives.
