Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the minced meat. Add the minced onions, parsley and celery and sauté. Rinse the carrots and celery, peel and chop the leek, add to the meat in the frying pan, add a little water and season. Mix the ingredients for the glaze with a whisk.
Roll out the dough and place it in a greased baking tray. Prick the bottom several times with a fork. Spread the meat and vegetable mixture evenly on top. Pour the glaze over it and bake on the spot at 220 on the second rack from the bottom of the heated oven for about 30 minutes.
