Nikos: So there are at least as many bifteki recipes as there are Greek women, (Greek men are macho and do not prepare with the exception of the author). One from my list: (Original Greek).
In a baking bowl, mix the minced meat with the other ingredients.
Knead everything well, sprinkling your hands with beer a few times.
Everything is left in the fridge for a couple of hours with the lid closed.
Then make biftekia, oil them and fry them in a frying pan or grill for about 7-8 minutes on each side.
It goes well with tzatziki (but with garlic, please).
Kephalotiri is a kind of Greek hard cheese with salty and slightly sweet taste.
