A simple but delicious cake recipe:
Beat egg whites with a mixer until stiff. Mix sugar, almond kernels, vanilla sugar and Citroback, fold into the snow. Heat the mixture gently in a non-stick frying pan on 2 or automatic heat setting 4 to 5, stirring until reduced by half. Cool slightly. Form almond paste into small croissants and roll in pine nuts. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper; bake.
