A great pasta dish for any occasion:
Thaw the peas a tiny bit. In a large saucepan, put enough water for the pasta.
Meanwhile, heat a tiny bit of oil in a frying pan, add a dollop of the whipping cream, stir through and get hot. Pour in the slightly thawed peas, add a little bit of whipped cream repeatedly and get warm.
Cook the pasta in boiling water with salt for 4-8 minutes, depending on the type of pasta, until very al dente, drain. Season the pea cream with garlic salt, salt, pepper and seasoning and simmer. Cut the ham into 2 mm wide strips, add to the frying pan and simmer at a low temperature until the whipped cream is creamy.
Pour the pasta into a large frying pan and add the sauce. Cook for another 10 minutes. Serve in portions on the plates. Grate the Parmesan cheese and sprinkle over the pasta.
