For the pasta in mustard sauce, cook Spagehtti in salted water until al dente, strain and toss in butter.

Peel and chop garlic. Peel and dice onion. Dice bacon and fry until crisp. Remove bacon again, then sauté onion and garlic in pan until translucent.

Deglaze with whipping cream and bring to the boil. Stir in mustard and season with lemon juice, salt, pepper and sugar. Wash and chop chives and add to sauce with noodles.

Serve noodles in mustard sauce sprinkled with bacon.
