Instructions:

Cook dried apricots in orange juice for 10 minutes until soft and cool.

If necessary, halve and pit apricots, cut into slices and mash with sugar, yogurt and bitter almond flavoring.

Whip cream until stiff and mix with apricot puree.

Toast the almond flakes until light brown and garnish the cream with them.

Tip: Use creamy natural yogurt for an even finer result!
