Peel onion and chop into small cubes, heat oil in a pot and sauté onion. Wash wild herbs and chop coarsely. Add the wild herbs to the onions and sauté as well. Deglaze with clear soup and simmer gently for about 15min. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste. After about 15 minutes puree the soup with a blender.Mix sour cream with flour and stir into the soup. Before serving, season to taste and whisk again. Sprinkle with flowers and serve.
