For the wild garlic bread, put flour in a bowl. Crumble yeast over it and sprinkle with sugar. Add salt, pour olive oil over it. Now knead everything well with the dough hook of the food processor or the hand mixer.
Add enough warm water so that the flour is completely absorbed into the dough. The dough should form a smooth lump that comes away from the edge of the bowl.
Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 45 minutes (it should have doubled in size). Now knead again and form 4 equal-sized balls. Cover them again and let them rise for 20 minutes.
Then roll into flat patties with a rolling pin. Spread each of these patties with a tablespoon of wild garlic paste and roll up the patties.
Let the rolls rest for another 10 minutes, brush with a little water and then bake in the oven at 200 °C for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
