Can be eaten warm or cool.
* Rinse the vegetables, cut them roughly and put them in the Roman pot together with the tomatoes.
* Peel onions, cut into cubes and add.
* Peel the garlic, press it through the press and spread it evenly over the vegetables.
* Sprinkle everything with spices and herbs.
* Pour wine and oil.
* Close the pot and cook at 180 °C for about 90 minutes.
