For the turkey with wild garlic and onion, wash the wild garlic and chop finely. Mix milk and whipping cream, stir in onion soup powder.
Cut turkey breast meat into smaller cutlets, season with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a pan, sear turkey breast on both sides, then place in a baking dish, spread wild garlic on top, empty onion soup mixture on top.
Preheat the oven to 170 °C convection oven and cook the turkey breast for about 45 minutes. Arrange the turkey with the wild garlic and onion and serve.
