Cut turkey meat into approx. 2-3 cm cubes, place in an unperforated cooking container. Stir flour, salt and pepper into white wine, pour over meat and cook at 100 °C for 16 minutes. Heat oil, fry sliced mushrooms. Stir in the whipped cream and add to the meat. Finish cooking for another 3 minutes. Sprinkle chives over the finished dish. As a side dish serve napkin dumplings or Knorr Spätzle.
