For the pesto, finely chop the garlic. Cut basil into thin strips. Mix chopped garlic, tomatoes, basil strips and lemon zest. Cover and let stand.

Rinse, dry and dice turkey. Clean peppers, cut into cubes. Clean celery, cut into small pieces. Heat oil in a frying pan. Sear meat in it, turning, season. Add vegetables, fry briefly. Extinguish with chicken stock.

Bring to a boil and simmer over medium heat for about 10 minutes. Sprinkle in sauce thickener, bring to boil repeatedly, season. Serve with pesto.
