For the Turkey Mushroom Slices, cut the turkey meat into bite-sized pieces.

Wipe mushrooms with a damp cloth, cut away the blemish from the stem and slice the mushrooms not too thinly. Finely chop half the onion. Peel the garlic cloves.

Season the meat with a little salt and pepper and fry in olive oil. Then take out the meat and fry the onion in the drippings, add the mushrooms and let them fry. Deglaze with Rama Cremefine or alternatively with whipped cream and add garlic. Boil down a bit, refine with spices (basil, oregano, thyme,..) if necessary and add the meat to the sauce. Let it stand for a few more minutes.

Serve the turkey mushroom meatballs.
