For the scalloped turkey cutlets with tomatoes and mozzarella, season the cutlets with salt and pepper, fry briefly in oil and place in a baking dish.
Cut the mozzarella into strips and spread on the cutlets. Empty the chopped tomatoes over it and spread the sour cream in blobs on top.
Season with oregano and bake in the oven for about 15 minutes at 170 °C.
