Have fun preparing this mushroom dish!
1. turkey breast strips best the day before in soy sauce and marinate for one night. The following day, sift cornstarch over them, mix everything together.

Add remaining sesame oil, add Chinese cabbage and bean sprouts, fry briefly. Add chili sauce, oyster sauce, soy sauce, season vegetables with salt. Add the meat again and mix with the vegetables. Season everything with curry and turmeric powder and stir in coriander herb.
Arrange turkey breast strips and vegetables and garnish with coriander herb.
