* 500g sugar per 1 1/2 Kg quantity

Cut the tomatoes and cook them on low heat, then pass them through a sieve. Put the prepared pumpkin through the grinder, mix it with the tomato pulp and the grated lemon peel.

Thicken mass a little and add right mass of sugar. Make until the jam test. Only just before the end of cooking add the juice of one lemon.
