Try this delicious cake recipe:
Peel apples, quarter them, remove the core. Beat soft light butter until creamy.
Gradually add salt, eggs, fructose and grated lemon peel.
Sift flour with baking powder and fold in by tablespoonfuls. Pour the dough into a
bottom of a greased cake springform pan (22 cm ø).
Score the tops of the apples a few times lengthwise. Place with the undersides in a wreath shape on the dough. Bake.
Bring jam and water to a boil. Remove cake from pan, brush with hot jam on the spot.
