For the spelt pizza, first prepare the dough:

Put all the ingredients, except for the water and the yeast, in a mixing bowl and make a well in the center. Crumble the yeast into it.

Slightly heat the mixture of bread and water and mix with the ingredients. Knead the dough, form it into a ball and let it rise for 20 minutes at room temperature with the lid closed.

Now roll out the dough on a well-greased pizza pan.

For the topping, spread vegetable slices on the dough base.

Mix the remaining ingredients for the sauce and pour over the vegetables. Bake at 160 °C in a convection oven for about 40 minutes.

Serve the spelt pizza hot.
