For the sauce: ==============
1 can tomatoes
1-3 cloves of garlic 1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of pepper
1 pinch of sugar
1 sachet of creme fraiche
Make the spaghetti al dente in enough salted water and drain through a sieve. Grate the cheese, drain the capers, crush the garlic with a little salt and roughly chop the sage. Mix everything with the spaghetti and season with salt and pepper.
Grease a baking tray with high sides with the olive oil and spread the pasta mixture evenly on it. Dice the bacon and spread it evenly over the top. Bake in a heated oven at 225 °C for 15 to 20 minutes. For the sauce, mash the tomatoes, crush the garlic, season with salt, pepper and sugar and bring to the boil. Fold in the creme fraiche and serve with the pasta.
