Slit fresh shrimp lengthwise at the back and pull out the intestines. Allow frozen shrimp to thaw. Wash the shrimp and drain.

Peel garlic cloves, pluck parsley leaves. Chop both finely.

In a large skillet, heat the oil and sauté the parsley over medium heat. Add the shrimp and sauté until pink.

Deglaze with the wine and a little lemon juice, toss well. Arrange on a deep platter. Tastes good warm or cold.
