For the Serbian pita with potatoes, peel the potatoes and onions and cut into small cubes. Add salt and pepper.
Mix flour with water, add salt and knead into a dough. Place on a floured surface and roll out slightly. Let stand for 15 minutes.
Roll out the dough until it is very thin. Pull out the dough until it is 2 mm thick, put the potatoes on the dough and roll it together. Bake the Serbian pita with potatoes for about 30 minutes at 250° C.
