For the salmon tartar pralines, cut the salmon into very small pieces. Finely chop the cucumbers, parsley, onion and capers and mix all ingredients well. Leave to stand in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Then form small balls from the mixture with a wet hand and arrange on the toasted baguette slices, garnish with a little paprika powder and caper berries.
