Season the king prawns and sauté in olive oil, add mussels and pour white wine. Add the shallot and thyme and simmer for about 3 minutes. Clean the salads, wash and spin dry. Prepare the two salad dressings. Marinate the leaf salads with nut vinaigrette, arrange on plates and sprinkle with dill and chives. Place the various mussels and the king prawns on the salad and drizzle with the balsamic vinaigrette.
