For the shake cake, put flour, semolina and sugar in a bowl, put the lid on and shake. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Pour one-third of the flour-semolina-sugar mixture onto the tray, top with half the apple mixture. Pour another third of the flour-sugar mixture on top, spread the remaining apples on top. Sprinkle with a little cinnamon and cover with the remaining flour-sugar mixture.
Bake at 180°C in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Drizzle with the melted butter and bake for another 25 minutes until the Rüttelkuchen is crispy.
