A bean recipe for every taste:
Clean beet leaves, chop finely. Heat oil in frying pan, add leaves, garlic and chipotle. Roast for 12 min, maybe add a tiny bit more oil. Season to taste.
Roast sausages in separate frying pan until brown, cut into slices and add to greens form. Add beans, heat for about 5 min. If necessary
add a little water. Season to taste, bring to the table on the spot.
Idea for the beet : steam the tubers for 15 min, cool a little and remove the skin. Grate coarsely, mix with a light salad dressing and roasted, chopped walnuts.
