Instructions:

Rinse red cabbage and finely slice. Peel orange thinly, cut peel into tender strips, blanch. Squeeze orange and lemon. Mix red cabbage with orange and lemon juice, red wine, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper. Remove peel from apple, remove core. Grate one half, mix with orange peel under leaf salad. Let stand for 1 hour. Finely dice other apple half, mix with safflower oil under leaf lettuce.

Serve with baguette.

Other : about 1 hour resting time.

Our tip: Use sweet red wine for a sweet note and rather dry wine for flavorful, spicy dishes.
