Rinse pork, dry and cut into rough cubes. Clean red cabbage, rinse and cut into tender strips. Fry meat in portions in hot fat until hearty. Add diced onion and sauté until translucent. Add wine, clear soup and spice ingredients, steam for about 1 hour. Add red cabbage after 30 minutes. Add cranberries shortly before end of cooking time. Season goulash.

Serve with potato dumplings
